I have a problem with my vivid s5 When connected to the power source,
and press on/ off button
apear screen ( starting scanner )
and still the same until I turned it off

Turn off the device, disconnect the battery and after a minute return everything to its original

I get the same problem and I also try to turn off the device but it doesn't work.
