The C1000 touch passed system start up tests. Ran the diagnostic test under administrator and passed. I accidentally started a second diagnostic test and was trying to cancel out and I clicked no to the lid not shutting. After the system would not pass system start up test. There was an error already present but not affecting function (x000D000D) slow cycling lid. Thanks for any insight.

Hello,
I went to the service menu, I tried admin and it would not let me run another system test. Unable to login to the service, I do not know the password. Is this something to call Bio-Rad to get?
