Hello,
I got error 4021 from Siremobil Compact L with Memoskop CX,
The text appear on monitors.
The memoskop function CTRL+T, CTRL+U work with generator connected.
I have checked the X10 'main umbilitcal cable' connection pins for damage/bent over, and none of the pins are pushed-in, a couple of pins are partly-in, this is normal.
I have checked the cable wires between the X10 & Memoskop in case a wire is broken.
I tried to Memoskop, Technical setup, menu "Diagnostics" - "Erase Harddisk" but doesn’t has “Diagnostics” menu, Please advice.

The message "minimum mode" should show on the monitors for about 30-60 sec. after booting. Does it disappear after about 30-60 sec. as it should?

The message "minimum mode" doesn't show. It looks normal.
My last try, I swapped the memoskop to another unit that the error follow to other unit (I try quickly cause I have 10 minute allowed from my customer to try.)
