Hello,
I got error 4021 from Siremobil Compact L with Memoskop CX,
The text appear on monitors.
The memoskop function CTRL+T, CTRL+U work with generator connected.
I have checked the X10 'main umbilitcal cable' connection pins for damage/bent over, and none of the pins are pushed-in, a couple of pins are partly-in, this is normal.
I have checked the cable wires between the X10 & Memoskop in case a wire is broken.
I tried to Memoskop, Technical setup, menu "Diagnostics" - "Erase Harddisk" but doesn’t has “Diagnostics” menu, Please advice.

The message "minimum mode" should show on the monitors for about 30-60 sec. after booting. Does it disappear after about 30-60 sec. as it should?

The message "minimum mode" doesn't show. It looks normal.
My last try, I swapped the memoskop to another unit that the error follow to other unit (I try quickly cause I have 10 minute allowed from my customer to try.)

Saludos tengo roblemas con uno de estos equipos luego que en una operacion usaron un taladro y lleno de sangre la unidad de la camara, luego de ello alguien lo abrio y trato de limpiarlo al no poder ponerlo a funcionar nos llamaron pero al llegar y encender el equipo y al realizar una exposicion no generaba ninguna imagen, al nosotros abrirlo nos dimos cuenta que el microsuiche que la pantalla estaba suelto, le hicimos el mantenimiento colocamos el micro en su sitio calibramos acto seguido encendimos la unidad se hicieron todas las pruebas con el puente todo opera bien sube baja realiza todas las funciones entonces hicimos las exposiciones pero las imagenes son de mala calidad estoy pensando que la unidad sufrio ustedes que opinan en que me pueden colaborar a ver si restablecemos el servicio de este equipo muchas gracias.
