Well, if the air pump is not running at all, it would seem that you may need to replace it. It's not terribly difficult to get to and replace, but you'd have to buy a replacement pump first, and all I can suggest is that you can goggle for a TotalCare air pump. New pumps from the mfgr. can be around $600, if they would sell one directly to a consumer. But the pump has 2 pairs of wires which you can measure what's going on. I believe the pump has 120 VAC on it all the time. The controlling section will put from 0 VDC to 12 VDC into the pump to go from zero to full speed. You can check if you have the voltages there. If you do, new pump time. And everything is Torx like T20 and T25. Good luck.

Let's start at the beginning, terminology makes a difference. Is your pump running? Does it make noise, do you feel air flow? Have we verified power to the pump unit yet? Or is it just the your mattress isn't filling? Is it fililng partially or not at all? Could there be an air leak?

There is absolutely no air flow. Initially when I bought it I had to keep playing with the screen “max inflate” and nothing would happen. Suddenly it started working. The pump was running, max inflate was working, percussion therapy was working beautifully. I unplugged it and moved it the next day. When powering it up the air pump does not work, no noise coming from it, not even a humm.. the computer screen shows max inflate and percussion therapy but nothing is happening. I did not verify any power to the pump yet.
