I did not pop it out, so all I see is corcom on the outside. It is at a remote site so will have to run back to pop out and see if it has a part # from manufacture. Thanks, Brian

Ok. What I found confusing was the name on the device is Luxtec, but found parts under the holding corporation which is Integra Lifesciences. You may try searching for parts under that name.
