Our device suddenly stop working for Unipolar in which the mode selection are not accesible and shows up error code internal error 4186 . Can any on help me on this

Did you ever find out what Internal Error 4186 meant? The field service manual indicates that all Internal Errors need Karl Storz repair, but do not list what any of them mean.
