Hello. I have a Bio-Rad S1000 Thermal Cycler that is not powering up. I checked all fuses (external and internal), power switch is good. There is power to light the "385V active" LED but unit will not power up. Any help with troubleshooting this is greatly appreciated. Bio-Rad no longer supports this unit.

I hope you have some kind of konowledge of power supply repair. Have you checked the Voltages on the secondary side and the capacitors on the primary (live) side of the PSU?
