Hello! We have this laser (manu 2010) and it recently gave a "water flow" error message. Is there an easy troubleshooting fix? Or do we need it serviced? If so, who do we contact? It seems like Sandstone was acquired a while ago and our phone number on the back of our laser no longer exists.

There should be a set of connections in the back of the laser at the bottom. If I'm not mistaken, one is a drain, one is a vent, and one is a fill. Start by verifying that the laser is filled with distilled water. If it is, then the error may be a stuck flow switch.
