Scan Screen Imager problems

Hi, The scan screen displays an unclear image, we thought it was the probe, but we switched probes, and still same problem. How do you reload the software? Could this be the problem?

Hi, for starters, do you have the original software disk that came with the unit. They are usually inside one of the plastic panels (the left side mostly when facing unit). If you have them, I can send you the software loading procedure, just email me at
