Assuming that you have a bed with an installed rotation module, it's fairly simple to use one of the 3 default settings or customize the rotation therapy to anything you want. Press the Therapy tab on the CGI (use the primary, not the secondary, screen), then push Rotation. It should bring up another screen full of different settings. Push the top tab next to Preset, optiions will come up. 

You really need a copy of the operators manual to fully understand what the bed can do. Try googling Hill-Rom 147607, that's the part number of the operators manual. Revision 6. Good luck.
