Replaced coin cell today and now unit turns on normally then displays "system fault 36, Defib disabled, Pacer disabled." Suggestions?

Hi Rob K,
The service manual shows "PS_MON is out of range. Pace/defib is disabled as long as condition exits" for Fault 36 and recommends "Replace system board." as the solution.
