The manual says fault 12.2 is a High Energy fault."Laser head energy of last treatment pulse was high." and suggests to recalibrate the laser system. If it persists contact Candela tech support.

Needs calibrating again by a service engineer first. Also try and remember if it does it on Yag only or Alex,
