Acuson Sequoia c512 Error: "DVD/CD Drive not available"

Hi-

I am having a problem with a Acuson Sequoia c512 I have. The machine is giving this error: "DVD/CD Drive not available” (picture attached) when attempting to write a study to dvd.  Can someone help me diagnose the problem?
