Customer has an Acuson NX3 Elite with green PWR ON and BATTERY leds in green, OCP yellow LED also lit. Standby/On button on keyboard does nothing. Turning off Green Toggle on PWR Supply and unplugging the system makes the PWR ON and BATTERY leds blink, OCP stays solid. Unplugged for 20 minutes now with no change. Customer is a 7 hour drive away, I'd like to do some research before jumping to conclusions, or ordering a bunch of parts. I cannot find a service manual. Any help with a service manual, or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
