PSP and tray - how are they connected? Is the PSP bonded to the tray? If the PSP separates from the tray can it be re-attached using double sided tape or some other adhesive?

Are you referring to the cr30 version 1 or 2? I have worked on the version 1 a bit and do not know of any psp.

If you are not sure of the version of the cr30 that you have, then look for the main power switch. If it in the rear the version is "1". If it is in the front under the input tray, then it is version "2". I do not have much knowledge of version 2, as most of the units in this area have been version 1.
