Sir Please give me information showing error code ARC1301 (10855)
This error showing ones time after that i started Digitizer
Then not show error
But image showing parallel lines atrefact every times
Can you give me feedback on 8859295297??

Look at the image plates within the cassettes. I am not sure if the cr10 has a dust brush like the cr30, but look inside the front of the unit, if a brush is visible get it out and look for an opening on the side of the reader. Then push brush in and out several times and see if the lines move or go away. If there's no brush, then open the reader and start looking for any object or dust that might be in the path of the image plate.
the error arc 1301 = barcode label was not read.
1) try another cassette
2) protect the unit from sunlight and room light
3) dust brush is not in the park position
4) there is no barcode on the plate, or it is not readable
5) the PMT and light detector may be defective (replace)
6) Optic module is defective (replace)
