In Transition - Heat Off

I've got a Giraffe Carestation which has an "In Transition - Heat Off" error. The error goes away when the hood reaches the top (the heater doors open fine) but persists when the hood is at the bottom. I'm thinking it could have something to do with the upright rails but that's purely a guess. Any ideas?

Hi, sounds like your canopy is not completly closed in incubator mode. Try pushing down on it a little and see if error disappears. If not, go into service mode to verify that the limit switches are being activated properly, you will find this information in the service manual.
