Hi. We use an ie33 for research, and the other day we went to turn it on and it got stuck at "Software initialization" and I can't figure out whats going on or how to fix/work around. I opened up the machine to check for any loose connections, and the motherboard LED is giving code "Cd" - but I can't find any kind of code tables to figure out what that might mean. Can anyone help me out?

the motherboard LED should display AA once the software starts to load, my guess is corrupted Host OS or/and bad hard drive.
