Just wondered if anyone has an idea what will cause the code?

You can try cleaning and calibrating the slide clamp. Calibration is in the biomed menu, code 8961. Make sure you are using a new authentic "Baxter Blue" slide clamp. The color can fade over time causing the calibration to be off.

I would try that if I could get passed the error screen to the options menu. It powers up to the error screen and I don't see a way past it. Any idea's?
