Calibrate

Hey MarkBassi, 

Tuttnauer really likes keeping that info and the needed tools away from people unless they have gone to the tauttnauer school. Sometimes we use the term "calibrate" interchangeably with annual maintenance steps. So just be clear. You are asking how to adjust temp and/or pressure offsets, or just to do the annual servicing?

Sorry for the slow response, and yes I am looking to set the pressure and temperature offsets I have the calibration kit

First you need to have a good # for both Temp and Pressure in the chamber. You do not need Tuttnauers test kit for this.

I used my Madgetech temp and pressure data loggers.

Once tou have those #"s you enter them in to the appropriate screen.

At that point you are telling the machine what the actual #'s in the chamber are versus what is read on the screen.

The program will adj. the numbers.

Check the user manual or documentation provided by Tuttnauer for your EZ11 Plus autoclave. This documentation should include detailed instructions on how to calibrate the equipment.
