LEAK RATE 4.0

I AM GETTING A LEAK RATE OF 4.0. I REBUILT THE STEAM MODULE, ALSO THE EXHAUST MODULE. NEW GASKET, CHECK VALVES ON THE HEAT EXCHANGER. NEW HEAT EXCHANGER. COULD I BE GETTING THE LEAK THROUGH THE FLOAT SWITCH INSIDE THE CHAMBER?

That's a big leak, pressurize the chamber and use a mirror to inspect for any steam leaks.

Check if the door is correctly alligned... I had a similar issue with a getinge 433, the problem was that the door on the right side came out a little more than the left side, when I calibrate the guidelines with a sparkplug calibrator, the leak stop. Also, check the gasket itself, if seals good. Perhalps you already did it, but check the weld and pipelines.

SAL REYES, I'LL CHECK THE DOOR, SEEMS LIKE THAT'S THE ONLY THING I HAVE LEFT TO TRY!

A leak rate of 4.0 in an autoclave, like the Tuttnauer EZ11 Plus, is a significant concern, as it can indicate issues with the sterilization process. You've already taken several steps to address potential sources of the leak, including rebuilding the steam and exhaust modules, replacing gaskets, and checking valves on the heat exchanger.

Best thing to do is add hand valves to the system, that way you can isolate.

Thanks for the response. I found out the seats on the steam manifold, the o-ring was worn out. Leaking by.
