Ocm pulse not calibrated

Hello guys 

I have fresenius 4008s Ng 

Recently I initialize novram 

Now I am calibrating ocm pulse but it's taking long to calibrate more than 7minutes 

My conductivity is btwn 13.9 to 14.5  what is the problem any help please
