Assuming this is a legacy Stellant system - there is no input for a keyboard/mouse. You can attempt a touchscreen calibration (entered by simultaneously pressing the two black contrast buttons on the back of the display while the unit is booted to the safety/splash/continue button screen). If this does not resolve your issue, then touch screen replacement is advised. My team can help you further with technical support and parts identification/ordering as needed.
