I had installed the printer from the windows and tested it and it works properly but when trying to print from the US program a message appears saying " printing erorr , confirm binding printer "
What shall I do? plz help me.

There are so many different types of printers that it is difficult to formulate a response without having more information.
Basic instructions to install a printer are included in the Shimadzu document M575-E332 Rev. A (or later). This manual was probably provided with the system at installation.
1.To troubleshoot the problem we would need to know what kind of printer they are trying to install (Monochrome, or color).
2.Second are they installing it through the Administrator account.
3.Should they not be able to resolve the matter on their own, then they should contact the local authorized Shimadzu medical service company.
