Hi
Need help on Sm Century 400 with door unsealed alarm. Exhaust and steam manifold have been changed twice. CK1/2 and 14 also have been changed. PRV, door pressure switch also change and calibrated. After starting DART test not even 5 minutes after the seal got activated the error shows up door unsealed alarm. Im struggling to get it resolve and run out of option hence reaching out here for help.

the door sensors are magnetic sensors. you'll see one on the top left of the door, the other on the bottom right near the foot switch. if the light goes off, it's lost contact with the piece of metal the extends from the door. a simple adjustment of the sensor can solve your issue after you've ruled out door seal leak, steam quality
The century and 400 units I have the door closed. Switch is a proximity sensor along with the door activation foot switch. You might want to check the exhaust manifold and make sure that all the ports are clear coming out and going to the pressure switch. Is the voltage to S 35 solid?
