Error 616 on bootup.. (it says speaker alarm)

Hi guys,

I am suddenly getting an error 616 on a pump after replacing the battery on the stupid thing.

It says its a speaker error.  Has anyone seen this error and is it repairable or do I have to ship it in for speaker replacement?  I do not see the 616 in the service manual so I am going off what the screen states as being a speaker error.  It will not clear.

Thoughts?

Unfortunately, That is a short in the little 3/4" speaker attached to the board. Maybe someone knows of a 3rd party vendor to get that part... because I'm pretty sure Baxter doesn't sell them.

I resoloved the speaker error (616) by swapping a speaker from a damaged pump to this one.  It looks like the speaker connector was either loose or damaged in assembly of the pump.  The connector is very small and I can see how it could easily be damaged if someone yanked on it.  Anyway, alarm gone and unit back in service again.  I did not get a part number for the speaker, so I am looking for that as I have time.  If I find it or a replacement part, I will post in here.
