Hello, how many hours each lamp work and if the lamps which replace are originals or another brand? Also, you the lamps are originals then you need to check; Voltage from the same room with Fluke multimeter or another multimeter trusted brand and look to the technical label of that Lamp which maximal voltage is allowed for that lamp. Please, give me some answer for continuily help. If you see some advertising about me ignore it because that can be when people do not communicate with me after reply to their questions.

I always like to apply the KISS principle first. What size bulbs are you using and what size bulbs does that unit call for? Have you checked you're incoming and outgoing voltage?

After all that, due to the age of this fixture, I'd say do some continuity checks to check the quality of wires feeding the bulbs. Also thr sockets, are there any signs of carbon build up? Anything that increases the resistance will raise the current. V=IR

I am using after market bulbs  I checked the voltage to each light fixture and they appear to be getting 24.5 v each  The bulbs are only rate for a max of 23 v . Could this be the problem? Can the wall unit be adjusted to the correct output?

That shouldn't be an issue.  What is the wattage of the bulbs amd what is the specified wattage of the unit
