I have a unit that was leaking from the front of the device. Changed O-rings with leak still evident. I replaced the Flow Meter which stopped the leak coming from the front and persisted to now come from one of the valve knobs, either the 02 or Air flow. The valves within the knobs were changed out with leak still present. My final thought is that is possibly the orifice, but I do not have tool to remove or install the orifice inside unit. Anyone ever chase these leaks? Any information would help.
