Siemens Acuson P500 "System is reconfiguring"

Anyone have idea what to do? I've error on photo. Ultrasound boots up "resuming" Windows and it works, but pretty slow. When I restart or shutdown and power on, I interrupt resume with space to delete resume data and continue normal boot. Than I get this "System is reconfiguring. Wait..." 2 reboots and again start with resuming Windows.

I've tried to test SSD and memory, seems ok. I've reinstall software twice. Clean install didn't help. Factory reinstall didn't help too. Full system test from service menu say "PASSED" for everything. What can be wrong???
