I have 1 unit that when not in use(cuffs not pressurized) powers off after 2-3 minutes. Is there a power save feature? the person at tech support sounded like she had no knowledge whatsoever.
now i decided to hold down the alarm mute button when i powered it up again(just random attempt at secret button) and it appears to of stopped powering itself down.
doesn't matter if it's running on AC or DC. Will pressurize and hold cuff pressure on DC so i know the battery is holding a good charge.
Has anyone seen this before?
