Hi,
My name is Alexander Smirnov, and I am the CEO of Global Disaster Relief Team, Inc. (GDRT), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN 88-0974863) formed by a group of U.S. medics in response to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. GDRT deploys skilled medical professionals to critical areas in Ukraine and neighboring countries. We also source donated medical supplies and personally deliver them to the regions in Ukraine where they are most urgently needed. Our team assesses the needs on the ground and leverages resources from our diaspora community to address those needs effectively.
Recently, we received several LifePack 12 devices donated by local fire departments. Most have already been sent to the front lines in Ukraine. However, one of the units was held back due to a burnt motherboard. We replaced the motherboard, but it is still not functioning properly. I've been informed that it requires a "software reset."
I contacted Striker but they told me they can't help me due to the LP 12 FDA regulations.
Could you recommend someone in Massachusetts who could assist us with this reset for a reasonable fee? Once repaired, the device will be shipped directly to medics on the front lines in Ukraine and will not be used in the U.S.
Thank you,
