Hard drives

This unit is prone to having hard drive failures. Toshiba states that you MUST purchase the hard drive from them. It is a WD3202ABYS drive from Western Digital. Do they do something to the drive to make it work?

I would try any SATA hard drive first. Most likely an Enterprise Hard Drive with a High MTBF rate.
