Generator error X D5

Hi, Any one has an experience in error X D5 for CT Hitachi Speedia,  Although generator and tube are working properly for HU calibration but error appears after starting warmup

This error XD5 appears after changing (SCANTA pcb)

Is there any relation between changing this pcb and the error ,Is there any data stored in SCANTA pcb
