I would say the software was corrupted & needs to be reinstalled.

You must defragment your drives and this will help resolve your issue. I dont have the manual for this, but the tech support team will help walk you through this.

delete the old patient data first and after that if your machine is still in previous condition then your presets files are corrupted. I have the manuals of this machine but these manual doesnt helps to resolve such kind of problems
