I removed the camera to the side and did floro , I did not find any signal from the II during floro...no green lights.

I am stuck weather to change the II or the II powersupply . Any with experience of these issue to help me

did you replace the ESU accu-package? Check whether it is charged, does the charger work? is the voltage far above 300 (charger output =364V) between the brown and the blue wire? Any error messages like e.g. 397? Before you start thinking of replacing the II or the II-supply check whether there is x-ray. A defective II will result in an error message or max kV. When the ESU is not connected (or not charged) you should see a slight image when you start fluoroscopy (without any object)

Thanks for your reply @ Henk

I did not change the battery charger. Yes there 365V from the battery charger. The batteries are charging well and are mostly at 360V off the charger. The machine does not give any error. KV goes to max immediately you start floro and currently now no even the blurr image.

Which version/release and YoP is your BV Pulsera? Do you have a ServiceManual?

Do you have a kV/dose meter like Unfors Xi or Raysafe? if not you can use such an oldfashioned fluoro-screen to see if there is radiation, when kV goes to max there must be radiation. Can you set kV manual? Check ii power supply +/-15V.

Find an old film screen that will glow if x-ray really there. If it glows, then start with II power supply. Siemens will typically not let you make X-rays long if no light into camera, not sure about Philips. If Anode voltage high enough, you should see a green blob. Check the power into the II supply. Also see if test points for Anode, E3, E2,E1. hopefully you have a II test certificate with the unit. Rarely touch these anymore, so only advise I have is basics for all fluoro. One last thing, go back over everything you did to start with. When I have issues after something like this, (or more often with certain MFRs PMs) I go back to what I touched to see if I accidentally introduced the issue. I will admit at times that has fixed the problem I gave it as a bonus....

I confirm there is x-ray during floro. Checked with CR cassete and an old fluorescence film cassette screen ...

I want to try out the solution by replacing the II Power supply
