Trouble with database pathing

Hi there,

Upon start-up I am getting this message" Error occurred archiving the database. A network error has occurred." I am unable to search patients and have to manually enter in patient information every time. What's strange is that if I put in their patient number, it recognizes that it is a duplicate patient and will still upload the the test to the existing patient file, however, it will not produce any of the reports that show comparison over time. Does anyone know what might be happening and how to fix it? Any help would be appreciated!

Hello, try to change the settings of network export and import parameters, some times is allocated to floppy drive or hardrive instead of a server.
