Thank you for taking the question. First run on a newly purchased used machine is with a disk date error 4056 which would appear to be due to a needed software upgrade. Is there a new version after 2.1.33?

I don't know the answer off the top of my head but have you reached out to Abbott/Abaxis yet? They list 1-800-822-2947 as the support line for the Piccolo. Updates my be controlled by SN.
