After pressing the power button, the screen turns off after a few seconds, but the keyboard and button lights remain on. It seems like the shutdown process isn't completed. During this state, pressing the power button again doesn't turn it on, and the only way is to forcibly unplug the power cord to cut off the power.
Has anyone encountered this kind of situation?
