After pressing the power button, the screen turns off after a few seconds, but the keyboard and button lights remain on. It seems like the shutdown process isn't completed. During this state, pressing the power button again doesn't turn it on, and the only way is to forcibly unplug the power cord to cut off the power.
Has anyone encountered this kind of situation?

you can hear beep sound amd monitor shut down , but the light of keyboard is on.

I am also having the same exact problem. If the battery is charged, I have to remove it and unplug the power to get the unit to turn off. Tried operating without a battery and with different known good batteries. Same results in all cases.

To forced shutdowns , I'm worried that the software on the SD card might get corrupted. If that happens, maybe I may need to reinstall the software.
