System worked properly but no probes images

Hi Timraz, 

Are you saying the unit was working fine but now the probes no longer provide images? Do you have more than one probe and none of them take images? Or you plug in the probes and the system does not see the probes?

Thank you for your reply, yes I have 2 probes (convex and vajenal), and the device see them with there name and models, also change between them working properly. 

Besides, l hear a voice of relays when the device change between probes.

Is the problem hardware or software?

Before that I repaired like this problem for Toshiba and siui, just update the chipset by using update driver's programm.

Hi Timraz, 

Hopefully it's just something like the Freeze key needs to be pressed to unfreeze the image after moving transducers. If you have a foot control, the left pedal also freezes the image.
