The orange service required light just started blinking on my TotalCare SpO2RT bed. I've only had this refurbished bed for less than one week, and my mother hasn't even laid on it yet. I know very little about the bed. Any ideas on what is going on with it? If I need to have it professional serviced, whom should I contact? I'm in the central Florida area (Ocala), between Gainesville and Orlando. Thank you.

Did anyone ever get back to you about the orange light? Ours is flashing and we can’t use the percussion and vibration therapy

Fortunately, the orange light stopped blinking on my bed all of a sudden. However, I submitted the request form for a service company to contact me and I have yet to receive an email or phone call from someone. So, I'm still in need of locating a Hill-Rom service vendor in the central Florida area in case the orange light starts blinking again.

I recommend checking the user manual for troubleshooting steps. If the problem persists, you should contact the manufacturer or a local medical equipment service provider in the Ocala area for professional assistance.
