Access to the Service

  • Our hospital has bought two years ago a Senographe Crystal Nova from GE. The printer that we used for it is non longer working so we bought a new one and asked the supplier to connect it with the the Senographe. However they told us they had lost the password to access the service so right now we are unable for more than a month to print our exams. I want to know if i could get the default password to the service or is there is way to renitialize it.

I can not share passwords due to liability online sorry I suggest calling the vendor

I understand. The problem is that the head of our team told me he tried contacting GE but they told him to contact the local supplier so we are stuck cause the company we bought the Senographe from is the only GE supplier in the country.
