Turning on EKG Interpretation

I just purchased a used GE MAC 2000 from a hospital.  It seems they reset it to factory settings, and now I cannot find a way to turn on the 12 lead interpretation.  I see there is a spot to put in a 12 space code, however I cannot find any reference to one in the manual that came with it.  Does anyone know how to turn on the interpretation, or if required, have access to a code if needed?

Equipment: GE MAC 2000

You can try contacting GE to see if they can provide you the code using the serial number. If not, try your local GE sales rep. Otherwise, you'll have to purchase the code for it.

If it has a printer, look under the paper for the silver options sticker.    Sticker should be about 3x3", and has the options codes and serial number.
