Our ultrasound worked fine yesterday, went to boot up this morning and the touch screen will not power on nor will the buttons light up. I can hear the fan on the inside and the blue light on the front of the machine turns on

Hi Megs11,
There should be a video port on the back you can plug a second monitor into. It may be a DVI, HDMI or video port. Maybe try plugging an external monitor into that and see if you get an image. If you do then you know it's only the touch screen display.
I would still recommend contacting an ultrasound service company listed under the Equipment tab listed above.
