Error 6

Hello everyone.

I have a 2013 Polymobil Plus showing error 6.

I followed all the recommendations in the manuals I found on the web, but without success.

The D927 board that the equipment contains has several differences in relation to the few provided schematics.

The voltage of 450 VDC is present on the IGBTs.

When I took measurements with an oscilloscope at the points specified in the Service Manual, I didn't get any readings.

I noticed that the V46 LED, which indicates that the internal power supply is working, doesn't light up.

Where am I going wrong?

Thank you all.

Equipment: Polymobil Plus Year 2013 serial # 50909

Error 6 is a filament error.

1) Either the X-Ray tube filament is blown.

3) Broken wire from D925 to Tube.

2) Power supply or fuse blown.

I cannot see V46, which board is it on!

Hello,

X-ray tube filament is good.

Wire from D927 to tube is good.

Power supply and fuses are good.

LED V46 is in D927 bottom right side .

Polymobil 3

Polymobil 3 Plus

Polymobil 10

Do not have D927. If your system is a Polymobil Plus it maybe for a specific country or a very new version.

What is the actual model number/part number? From the Siemens labels, doc book.

OK, I have it. It's Polymobil 111 greater than SN20000.

The trouble shooting guide is SPR8-125.840.10.07.02.

Unfortunately V46 is function is listed as Internal power supplies are working, that's it! It does not explain which power supplies or where.

V46 is not shown on the circuit either.

U2 is 24v DC on D927 x4 which is supplied from D927 x1B (240v a/c).

Unplug U2 K2 & maybe put a 24v lamp on U2 (incase the voltage collapses, to prove if a short in D927 or U2 faulty.

Troubleshooting shows 5AT fuse probably in U2.

By the way, the tube filament has an internal transformer.

If filament is open circuit you will not be able to measure it using ohms. It has to done with scope to be sure. D916 tp FC1 & D916 tp I
