Hi, the first thing I would check is that the pan that is underneath where the patient sits is pushed in all the way. There is a limit switch behind that pan, that if it is not engaged the footrest wont move either way. This is the most common issue I see when the foot wont move of the power exam chairs.

What is your actual model? 75 is a group covering 6 different model ranges.

Do you hear a beep when you try to move the foot section? Check your seat drawer,  make sure it's fully inserted
