Chair will not go up and down all other functions seem to work

So the chair will not go up or down using either the hand or foot switch - pulled of the back floor cover - and the error code was 02 03 - I removed the lower seat upholstery and cover - but I do not see any number - is there somewhere else I should look to narrow down the problem

Hey FRFA,

Is the back moving? You could (And this is straight from Midmark's own site HERE under PC Board Test. Remove the backrest leads from the main board, move the base leads over and test the base actuator using the backrest controls. Warning! The limit switches will not work testing this so do not move it much if the actuator does work. Read Midmark's instructions.

Weird they put this on a 625 chair instead of a 630.

The code on the pcb on the back is the only place you'll find an error code. You can swap the base actuator with another to see if it's an actuator issue or a board issue.
