The manual says
"If the mains voltage is too high or too low, the Analyzer displays this fault and does not continue until the supply voltage is corrected and the ESA620 power cycled off and then on again."
So I'd just start there and check to see what the voltage at the outlet (at the wall not on the unit.) is reading.
