mi equipo me presenta los siguientes error, 2006, 4021 y 4024, me podrían orientar por favor?

Could be a bad memoskop, if you replace it, it may solve the problem

Check sg cable & pins or do you get errors with just cart & no main system connected.

You can get into memoskop service & format hdd to see if it recovers

I have had the hdd fail

You cannot get Siremobil Host errors when only the monitor cart is powered up, since the errors are generated by the D-1 CPU board (located in the c-arm part, not the cart) and that part of the Siremobil is not powered up when the monitor cart is booted up separately.

2006, 4021, 4024 are all serial communication errors between the D1-CPU and the Memoskop, most probably either a bad Memoskop, or a bad SG cable socket/wire. Reach out to us if you need either of those parts. We usually have them both in stock.

The question regarding the Monitor cart without main system is to double check if the memoskop is working independently.

If the Memoskop is occupied with errors the min system, host D1 could report false positive.

This why the first suggestion was to check sg cable.

You could also check the 8 segment display on D1 is rotating before radiation request.

It would be interesting to know if these errors appear during boot or when radiation release is request

Check if memoskop stay on minimum mode when you turn it on, if it does, its a bad memoskop

It could linked to the license file.

Is the dongle connected or working.
