I recently purchased a Sterrad NX. The first boot up worked perfectly. After transporting to my facility I am having an issue with boot up. Most times I turn it on, the fan turns on, the blue light flashes, and it sounds like a motor is turning on and off. Nothing comes up on the screen.
Sometimes when I turn it on, the fan comes on, the blue light comes on steady, as well as a steady hum. The screen remains black but for a few seconds it says “check signal”. That goes away and it never finishes booting. Any help would be appreciated
